Truepath offers Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), ADA-compliant paratransit, and accessible transportation services for eligible individuals, healthcare partners, insurers, and private clients.
2. Eligibility
Services are available to individuals covered under Medicaid, healthcare broker contracts, or direct/private pay arrangements. Proof of eligibility or payment method may be required before transport.
3. Booking & Cancellations
Trips should be scheduled in advance via phone, online portal, or authorized broker.Cancellations require [24/48] hours’ notice (unless otherwise specified by contract).No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payments
Billing may be handled through Medicaid brokers, insurers, healthcare facilities, or directly by the rider.Private pay clients are responsible for full payment before or at the time of service.Disputes must be reported within 10 business days.
5. Rider Responsibilities
Riders must provide accurate booking information, follow driver and safety instructions, and behave respectfully toward staff and equipment.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Truepath makes every effort to provide safe, reliable, and timely service, we are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or events outside of our control (such as traffic, weather, or third-party incidents).
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on this website are the property of Truepath and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service if a rider violates these Terms, engages in unsafe conduct, or misuses our services.
9. Governing Law
The laws of the State of New York govern these Terms.
