Privacy & Confidentiality – Have your personal and medical information kept secure and confidential.

On-Time Service – Expect reliable service within scheduled pickup and drop-off windows.

Clear Communication – Receive accurate information about trips, schedules, and service changes.

Complaint Process – Report concerns or complaints without fear of retaliation, and expect a timely response.

To ensure a safe and smooth trip for all, riders are expected to:

Be Ready on Time – Be prepared at the scheduled pickup time and location.

Respect Staff & Vehicles – Treat drivers, staff, and equipment with courtesy and care.
